The Falls at New Tampa Condo

The Falls at New Tampa - Condo is a 910 sq. ft. unit located on the first floor of a 3-story building. It comes with a detached single-car garage. Each unit also comes with a storage unit that is located in the breezeway. The building was built in 2001 and was deeded as a condo shortly thereafter. It has been renovated & updated. The kitchen has new countertops, as well as all stainless steel appliances, including a french door bottom-mount freezer refrigerator with in-line water filter & dispenser, electric glasstop range & convection oven, mounted microwave, super quiet stainless steel dish washer, & a stainless steel double sink with a new disposal, upgraded faucet and built-in soap dispenser. The bathroom has also been completely renovated, including a black jet tub, stacked stone, shower nook, satin nickel fixtures in the shower & sink, as well as black matching countertops (to the kitchen). The double-pane windows insulate the unit and dampen the sound. It may be the only unit in the complex with this upgrade! The garage bay door has also been insulated to better protect your car and other belongings from harsh temperature changes and nosy neighbors (again, probably the only garage like this here). The Security Deposit is Credit-based, with a Minimum of one month's rent for those with excellent credit & rental history. There is also a separate $250 Deposit for the purposes of the last electric bill as this remains in my name and the final bill often comes after the tenant moves out. Electric is often around $100 & any money remaining will be returned to the tenant.
